Booking Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of 1st night tariff is required.No charge for debit cards. A charge of £2 per transaction for credit cards.

Cancellation:
If you cancel a booking less than 7 days prior to arrival, fail to arrive, or leave before original departure date we reserve the right to claim the total booking amount. We recommend you consider holiday cancellation insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival & Departure:
Bedrooms are available for occupation from 12 noon on the day of arrival and we request they are vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
