Oakfold House is a period Victorian residence built in Lakeland stone and retaining many original features.

The house has been sympathetically restored and refurbished for 2006 to a very high standard and provides superior bed and breakfast accommodation.

We are situated in a peaceful location yet close to shops, restaurants and amenities of Bowness

The splendour of Windermere Lake is just a 5 minute walk where you can take a pleasure trip on a ferry or experience the beautiful scenery on one of the lake walks.
